I came home from work, expecting to walk into the Cool 70° of my home only to walk in and find that my house felt like a jungle. I immediately picked up the phone and spoke with Melanie who assured me they would get someone by the end of the day. My hero, Cory Called and let me know he would be there in 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under two hours. It was my blower motor so it wasn’t cheap, but he got it done, and now my house is cooling down, and my dogs have stopped panting, And after a cold shower, life will again be amazing. Rohde came out and did their maintenance earlier in late August and Colby did a great job. He was very professional.  However, there was an issue with the system cutting off intermittently. I called earlier this week and Rohde assisted me again to recheck the system since it was under 30 days. Cory came out this time and he was also very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about our a/c system and resolved the issue. Thanks to Cory for getting us taken care of. Cory at Rhodes was quick to respond, especially since our AC went out on a Friday night after hours. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.
